How would you define the wicked (business) problem your company/organization is interested in researching?: There are two problems that have come together to shape this project. First, media play a major role in our increasingly polarized society. It shapes our culture and reflects everyone’s identity. Knowledge, information and also relaxation and entertainment together form a strong guideline for public opinion. In a rapidly changing world, the municipality of the Hague wants to help its citizens to understand the role that media plays in their daily lives. For example, we recently organize the Week of Digital Ethics to help people to better understand how to protect their personal information on the web.
